If you're experiencing any hiccups with your Chromebook, don't worry; we've got some simple steps to get it running smoothly again.  For example, we have seen many Kami performance issues solved by following the steps below.

1. Give it a Fresh Start: Sometimes, all your Chromebook needs is a little break. To do this, just follow these steps:

a.  Click on the clock in the bottom-right corner (that's the System Tray)

b.  Hit the power button, and choose "Shutdown."

c.  Alternatively, press and hold the power button, and select "Shutdown."

2. Stay Up to Date: Ensure your Chromebook's operating system is up to date. This can help with performance and security. Check out this link for guidance: Updating the Chrome OS on your Chromebook

3.  Clean Up Your Act: Clear your Chrome Cookies and Cache. It's like tidying up your room; it can fix issues with slow-loading websites and overall performance. Check here for help: How to clear your Cache on a Chromebook

4.  Free Up Space: If your Chromebook's storage is getting full, it can slow things down. Consider emptying your Downloads folder. Here's how: Deleting files on your Chromebook

5.  Less is More: Keep only the tabs you need open in your Chrome browser. Too many open tabs can make your Chromebook sluggish.

6.  Restart Your Browser Weekly: Just like taking a breather, it's good for your Chromebook to restart Google Chrome once a week. This can help keep it running smoothly.

7.  When All Else Fails: If you're still facing issues, you can perform a hard reset. Here's a guide for that: Preforming a Chromebook hard reset
