1. Open the Chrome browser. The icon looks like this:
2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen. find and select "Clear Browsing Data."
3. Check the boxes next to "download History," "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached Images and Files." Make sure the time range is set to "All Time."
4. Click Clear Data.
5. Restart your Chromebook.
