If Clevershare isn't working, missing security permissions are the most likely cause. There are three permissions that must be enabled on your MacBook in order for the software to work properly. They are Local Network, Screen & System Audio Recording, and Input Monitoring. These steps will help to ensure they are enabled.
1. Find the system settings from your Apple Menu in the top left corner.
2. In the window that pops up, scroll down to Privacy & Security
3. Select Screen & System Audio Recording
4. Locate the toggle switch next to Clevershare and be sure that it's marked On. It should appear blue.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for Local Network and Input Monitoring.
If your MacBook is still not connecting to your CleverTouch, we may need check for updates on the Clevershare app. Open it on your device, and after clicking on the three horizontal bars in the top right corner of the window, select About. The screen that appears will indicate if there is an update available.
Lastly, we recommend performing a full restart and unchecking the box Reopen windows when logging back in
